eSchool News. . .                                and dates to know. . . Registration Dates: eSchool registration is ongoing. However, please register no more than 2 weeks before you wish to begin your course. This policy applies for all semesters, including the summer. Please read and note: In order to have an eSchool course credit for graduation in July 2011 and to be eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony:       * Plano ISD students must complete all course work no later than July 21, 2011 by the         end of the business day. The eSchool help desk will be closed July 1 through July 4, 2011. eSchool registration will be closed for Plano ISD students from August 1 - 26. This closure affects registrations only. Students who have registered before August 1 date will be able to continue working on their course/s. Spring 2011 dates to know...            * All students may register for Spring courses beginning January 7, 2011.       * Seniors planning to graduate in June, 2011 must register for online courses before          March 11, 2011.       * Seniors planning to graduate in June, 2011 must complete all online courses        before May 13, 2011. Summer 2011 dates to know...      * The eSchool help desk will be closed July 1 through July 4, 2011.        * All Plano ISD Students who wish to participate in the summer graduation ceremony must         complete all online courses by the end of the business day on July 21, 2011.        * eSchool registration will be closed for Plano ISD students from August 1 - 16.        * This closure affects registration only. Students who have registered before August 1         date will be able to continue working on their course/s. Fall 2011 dates to know...         * Students who wish to have 2011 as the year of graduation on their transcript must complete all          online courses by August, 15, 2011. After this date, the student will be considered a          2012 graduate.       * Students who wish to graduate in December 2011 must complete all online courses by          December 9, 2011.       * The eSchool helpdesk will be closed November 23-27 and December 18, 2011 through          January 1, 2012. news. . . Please Note: Students may enroll in no more than two eSchool courses at one time. If a student needs both semesters of a 2 semester course, he/she may register for and complete only 1 semester at a time. When you register for an eSchool course, please make sure that you provide the email address that you intend to use throughout your course. The email address must be an active, functional account that will handle large file attachments. Each student will have a specific schedule for completing and turning in course assignments. There are a limited number of “seats” in each eSchool course. Registration for each course closes when that course is full and opens again as places become available. Therefore, registration for an eSchool course may be open or closed at any time. Before you register for a course, please make sure that you read and understand the eSchool Guidelines and Policies. Adherence to these guidelines, for example those concerning academic integrity, will be expected and consequences enforced.
